For a full-planning destination wedding, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months ahead. The most sought-after coastal venues and photographers book a year or more in advance, and an early start gives us room to design without rushing. That said, we regularly take on partial-planning and coordination engagements on shorter timelines — if your date is sooner, get in touch and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do it justice.

Every wedding is different, but as a guide, our full-service destination celebrations typically begin in the mid five figures (EUR) for the overall event, excluding travel and accommodation for your guests. Planning and design fees are quoted separately and depend on scope, guest count, and the number of events.

We’ll always work to your budget rather than against it — the first thing we do is agree on a realistic figure, then allocate it where it will have the most impact. If a budget isn’t feasible for the vision, we’ll tell you early.

Yes. We are based in Greece and specialise in celebrations along the Greek coast and islands, where we have an established network of venues and suppliers. We also take on a small number of weddings elsewhere each year for existing and referred couples. If you have a location in mind, ask us — if it isn’t somewhere we can serve well, we’ll say so and, where we can, point you to someone who can.

Both. We maintain a curated network of florists, photographers, caterers, and other suppliers we trust completely, and most couples build their team from it. But if you already have a photographer you love or a family caterer you want to include, we’re glad to work alongside them. Our role is to make the whole team work as one — whoever is on it.

Marrying in Greece as non-residents is very achievable, but it does involve specific paperwork — documents to gather at home, certified translations, and a short residency requirement before the ceremony for civil weddings. We guide you through the full checklist, coordinate translations and submissions with the relevant local authority, and build the timing into your plan so nothing is left to the last minute. For religious ceremonies, requirements vary by denomination and we’ll advise on your specific situation.

No strict limits. We plan everything from elopements for two to celebrations of several hundred. Guest count mainly shapes which venues suit you and how we structure the logistics — an intimate dinner and a large multi-day wedding are very different productions, and we scale the team and planning accordingly.

Within a couple of days we’ll reply to arrange a relaxed discovery call — video or in person — to hear about you, your vision, and your rough dates and budget. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we follow up with a tailored proposal outlining the recommended service, scope, and investment. There’s no obligation at the enquiry stage; the call is simply for us to get to know each other.
