By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. This site is not an offer
Everything on this site — service descriptions, timelines, what each tier includes, any indication of budget — is provided for information. It is not a binding offer, a quotation, or a contract.
We are engaged only once both parties sign a written planning agreement. That agreement governs the work, the fees, the payment schedule and the cancellation terms, and it takes precedence over anything published here.
3. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry places no obligation on you and none on us. We reply to enquiries we can genuinely help with, and we may decline any enquiry — most often because the date is already committed, or because we do not believe we are the right studio for what you have in mind. We will say so plainly rather than quote a price we do not believe in.
Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to what you do send.
4. Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, or that every guide remains correct as venues, suppliers and Greek administrative requirements change over time.
Nothing on this site is legal advice. In particular, the guidance we publish about marrying in Greece — paperwork, residency, timing — is a starting point written from experience, not a substitute for confirmation from the relevant Greek authority or a lawyer.
5. Content and copyright
All text, photography, design and code on this site belong to Caribu Events or to the photographers who licensed their work to us, and are protected by Greek and international copyright law.
You may read, share links to, and print pages of this site for your own private use. You may not republish, sell, or use our text or photographs commercially, or present them as your own work, without our written permission. If you would like to feature our work, email us — we usually say yes.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a venue, supplier, publication or authority, we do so because we think it is useful. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek and EU law are unaffected by these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes fall to the courts of [PLACEHOLDER — competent court, e.g. Athens], without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page.
